About Shruthi

Shruthi is a yoga teacher and mindfulness guide based in Bangalore. Her approach draws from classical Indian philosophy — Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Vedantic thought, and the Bhagavad Gita — and translates these frameworks into language that is accessible, embodied, and free of mystification.

"I am not interested in helping people escape their lives. I want to help them inhabit their lives more fully."

She works with professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating transitions — people for whom clarity is not a luxury but a necessity. Her teaching is structured, warm, and quietly demanding. She is based at her studio in Raghuvanahalli, Bangalore.
