Shruthi is a yoga teacher, mindfulness guide, and therapeutic wellness practitioner based in Bangalore. Her approach draws from classical Indian philosophy โ Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Vedantic thought, and the Bhagavad Gita โ and translates these frameworks into language that is accessible, embodied, and free of mystification.

I highly recommend Chittamandara Wellness Studio and their amazing trainer, Mrs. Shruthi Ma'am ! Her expertise in addressing cervical spondylitis and sciatica through tailored yoga poses has truly transformed my health. The atmosphere is calming, and her guidance is both gentle and effective. I underwent four one-to-one sessions after which I feel more better and flexible.
I recently took a 2 month long beginners workshop taught by Shruthi on โPranayama & Mudrasโ . The course was very well designed and structured to help us start from the basics and build up our understanding to enable us to practice independently. Appreciate all the planning and time that went into the workshop in terms of handouts, recordings, and detailed instructions shared. Shruthi is an extremely knowledgeable and effective teacher who presents the concepts step by step, so each student can understand, integrate and then uniquely practice on their own. I also love doing Hatha + Vinyasa yoga asana classes at the Chittamandara Wellness Studio and over Zoom. It is very energizing to learn from a teacher who deeply understands and is knowledgeable on the concepts and background of yoga. I enjoy the asana, breathing, mudra and meditation classes that I have taken as they have a positive impact on my day and help me balance my life.
