Shruthi is a yoga teacher, mindfulness guide, and therapeutic wellness practitioner based in Bangalore. Her approach draws from classical Indian philosophy — Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Vedantic thought, and the Bhagavad Gita — and translates these frameworks into language that is accessible, embodied, and free of mystification.
