Shruthi is a yoga teacher and mindfulness guide based in Bangalore. Her approach draws from classical Indian philosophy — Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Vedantic thought, and the Bhagavad Gita — and translates these frameworks into language that is accessible, embodied, and free of mystification.
