Group Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Small-batch weekly classes that blend asana, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy — in a consistent, grounded space that grows with you.
Shruthi's group classes are not generic yoga sessions. Each class is structured around a theme — a breath pattern, a philosophical concept, or an aspect of inner awareness — woven into the physical practice. Sessions are kept small to ensure personal attention for every student.
