Chittamandara Wellness Studio is a sanctuary dedicated to holistic well-being, where the rejuvenation of body, mind, and soul takes center stage. Founded in 2020 by Shruthi Bhatt, Chittamandara is the realization of her vision to champion mental wellness alongside physical health.

About the Founder: Shruthi Bhatt

With over 12 years of experience in the corporate world at renowned organizations such as Infosys, IBM, Intuit, and Embitel, Shruthi’s true calling has always been rooted in psychology and holistic wellness. Her passion led her to earn an MA in Counselling Psychology and advanced certifications (RYT 200 & 300) in Hatha Yoga.

Shruthi’s transition from corporate life to wellness entrepreneurship is fueled by her desire to make a meaningful difference. As a counsellor, she has positively impacted more than 2000 individuals through personalized sessions and has conducted nearly 100 workshops for both individuals and corporates. Her expertise covers a wide range of topics, including anxiety, depression, positive living, happiness, and self-improvement.

Unique Approach

Shruthi is known for her ability to demystify complex psychological concepts, transforming them into practical, actionable insights. She empowers her clients with a variety of therapy techniques, including – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Person-Centered Therapy, and Hypnotherapy

Yoga and Mindfulness

Shruthi’s journey in yoga began in childhood and was later enriched by professional training. In addition to her teacher certifications, she holds specializations in Pranayama, Mudras, Mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra. Her philosophy is that yoga should be accessible to everyone—not just as a physical practice, but as a path to inner stillness and holistic health.

She has guided over 5000 participants and conducted more than 200 workshops for adults and children, covering – Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy. Her classes integrate flexibility, strength, breathwork, and deep relaxation, creating a truly holistic approach to wellness.
